Ustag - Terms of Service

1. Parties

a) COMPANY X ("USTAG").

b) The internet user who provides service (Master / Service Provider) or receives service (Customer) by subscribing to the USTAG mobile application or website ("Member").

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions for the Member to create a service request, schedule an appointment, provide service, manage a profile, and benefit from other digital services offered through the platform owned by USTAG.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal, contact, and (if any) professional certificate information provided while registering to the USTAG platform is true before the laws.

3.2. The Member cannot give the password assigned by USTAG to other persons or organizations. Any liability arising from unauthorized use belongs to the Member.

3.3. While using the platform, the Member agrees to adhere to appointment times, comply with T.R. laws and general moral rules. The Member cannot make malicious transactions over the system.

3.4. Ideas and thoughts declared and written by Members on the USTAG platform are completely the Members' own personal opinions. USTAG has no liability for damages third parties may suffer due to these opinions.

3.5. Except for damages arising from USTAG's intent or gross negligence; the Member agrees in advance not to claim compensation from USTAG for any indirect damage due to the use of the platform.

3.6. In the presence of justified reasons such as the Member substantially violating the provisions of this agreement or general moral rules, USTAG has the right to unilaterally suspend or delete the membership.

3.7. The USTAG software, design, and brand are the property of USTAG and cannot be used without permission.

3.8. In order to improve the platform and ensure access security within the framework of legal legislation; some information such as IP address, access date, location, and movements within the application may be collected by USTAG.

3.14. To register on the platform, the Member declares to be over 18 years of age. Accounts of individuals under 18 will be terminated immediately.

3.15. As a "Hosting Provider" in accordance with Law No. 5651, USTAG is not responsible for the illegality of the content uploaded by Members. Upon violation notifications through the destek@ustag.pro address, the content may be removed after a necessary review within 24 hours.

3.16. The in-app messaging feature is solely designed for the coordination of service details. Posts contrary to general morality, containing threats, advertisements/promotions, or proposing off-platform trade are prohibited.

3.17. The use of the platform is free, and USTAG does not demand a membership or mediation fee from Customers. USTAG is absolutely not an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for the service fee collections made off-platform (cash, POS, EFT, etc.) between the Master and the Customer.

4. Final Provisions (Limits of Liability)

4.1. USTAG is a digital intermediary platform that brings together the service receiver and the service provider. The content, quality of the services, adherence to deadlines, and especially price negotiations are strictly between the Master and the Customer. USTAG cannot be held responsible in any way for price disputes or defective services.

4.2. Subscription fee arrangements for the use of the platform are only between the Service Providers (Masters) and USTAG.

4.3. Users cannot carry out any activity contrary to its purpose (e.g., selling illegal products) over the platform.

5. Termination of the Agreement

5.1. This agreement shall remain in effect until the Member cancels their membership.

5.2. The Member can delete their membership from within the application at any time.

5.3. A 30-day cooling-off period applies after the account deletion request, after which data is destroyed or anonymized within the scope of KVKK/GDPR.

6. Dispute Resolution
